I use version 10.8.1 and tried everything, but I can't add a new character (e.g. the = sign) to the already available 40 characters. Does anyone have a suggestion?

It works for me, and is adjustable in all parameters to keep it just ahead of ones ability.

Great program on an older computer On new machines only two letters are available. Only K and M are available. Where are the others in the Setup menu? What am I missing? Thanks.
